Details worth knowing
Separate drums for separate laundry loads
The Haier HW140-BD14697WU1 provides 14kg total washing capacity across three drums: 12kg in the lower drum and 1kg in each upper drum. The total is not a single 14kg drum capacity.
Controls and installation
Haier lists touch controls, Wi-Fi operation, HaiSmart app connectivity and automatic dosing for normal detergent, softener and underwear detergent. The body measures 600 × 595 × 1070 mm (width × depth × height) and weighs 114kg. Check the delivery route, floor suitability and installation clearances before purchase.
Spin and warranty checks
The manufacturer lists Spin as the drying program; a heated drying capacity is not verified here. Haier Bangladesh lists lifetime motor cover and 2 years for parts and service, subject to its terms and purchase eligibility. Confirm the exact model, invoice, warranty and installation arrangements with the seller.
Features

- Direct Motion inverter motor with listed spin settings up to 1400rpm
- Three-chamber automatic dosing and HaiSmart Wi-Fi connectivity
Cons

- 114kg net weight makes delivery access and suitable installation important.
- Heated drying capacity is not verified; the manufacturer lists Spin.

Frequently asked questions
Product-specific answers maintained with the catalog information.
Can the main drum wash a single 14kg load?
No. The manufacturer specifies a 12kg lower drum and two separate 1kg upper drums, adding up to 14kg total washing capacity.
Is this a verified 14kg heated dryer?
No verified heated drying capacity is provided here. Haier lists the drying program as Spin; do not interpret the washing capacity as heated drying capacity.
What should I check before installation?
Check access for the 600 × 595 × 1070mm body and its 114kg net weight, then follow the supplied installation instructions and confirm installation service with the seller.
