HONOR X8d 8GB RAM 256GB Storage

HONOR X8d 8GB/256GB in Bangladesh

The HONOR X8d is a 4G smartphone with a 6.77-inch AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 processor, 108MP main camera and a high-capacity battery. HONOR Bangladesh promotes the 7000mAh typical battery, 45W HONOR SuperCharge, AI button, MagicOS 10, IP65 lab rating and drop-resistance testing. Exact memory, color, included accessories, seller warranty and live BiponiBD stock are details that must be matched to the actual unit.

This catalog record has one variant and BDT 37,999 MSRP. A current Bangladesh retailer page associates the same regular price with its 8GB/256GB option and also shows a cash price of BDT 37,300. That is a cross-retailer match used to label this catalog variant, not proof that BiponiBD has that exact sealed configuration or that either other-store price is available here. Please confirm the box label, device settings, color and final checkout total before ordering.

Model name, slug and catalog identity

The model is HONOR X8d. The existing URL slug, honor-x8d, is concise and directly identifies the model, so it is retained to preserve the established product URL and any links already pointing to it. The product name now identifies the catalog-mapped memory option. The Mobile Phones category, HONOR brand, active status, product number and product ID remain tied to the original record.

The old manufacturer-part-number fields contained “49287”. Star Tech labels that number as its own Product Code, not an HONOR MPN, so it has been removed from the product and variant MPN fields. The existing seller SKU is retained as an internal/catalog identifier; it is not represented as an HONOR serial number, MPN or barcode. No GTIN/EAN for the exact BiponiBD unit was established from the evidence reviewed.

8GB physical RAM and 256GB storage mapping

The current local listing explicitly offers an 8GB/256GB configuration, and HONOR’s global specifications list 8GB RAM with 128GB, 256GB or 512GB storage depending on market. The single BiponiBD variant is mapped to 8GB/256GB because its BDT 37,999 catalog value matches a current local retailer’s 8GB/256GB selector and regular price. This is a useful catalog mapping, but it still needs confirmation against the actual unit, packaging or seller inventory record.

HONOR also advertises “16 (8+8)GB equivalent RAM” for some market versions. The extra 8GB is memory-extension terminology and must not be read as 16GB of installed physical RAM. This listing describes the selected configuration as 8GB physical RAM and 256GB internal storage. Available storage is lower than 256GB because the operating system and preinstalled files use part of it. No microSD expansion is promised by the reviewed specification.

6.77-inch AMOLED display

HONOR’s published global specifications identify a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with 1080 × 2392 resolution and 1.07 billion colors. The manufacturer lists 800 nits typical brightness, 1300 nits HBM and 3000 nits APL-type peak brightness. The Bangladesh overview highlights up to 3000 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. These figures describe different brightness/test conditions; 3000 nits is not a guarantee that the full display remains at that level continuously.

The 120Hz mode can make compatible scrolling and interface motion appear smoother. Refresh rate may change with settings, content and power management, and it does not mean every game renders 120 frames per second. HONOR also lists eye-comfort features including 3840Hz PWM dimming, dynamic dimming and low-blue-light features. Such display functions are not medical treatment and individual comfort varies. The listed cover glass is aluminosilicate glass; a protective film or case may affect the feel and reflections.

Processor, graphics and everyday use

HONOR lists the Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 platform, with an octa-core CPU consisting of four Cortex-A73 cores up to 2.9GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores up to 1.9GHz, plus an Adreno 610 GPU. This is a 4G mobile platform, not a 5G model. The chipset is intended to run Android apps, browser use, messaging, video playback and compatible games, but real performance depends on software, temperature, storage state, signal and the app’s workload.

No benchmark score or guaranteed gaming frame rate is claimed here. Large games may use substantial storage and can warm the device; graphics settings and background apps affect smoothness and battery use. The high-refresh display can only show a higher rate when both the application and system select it. If your work depends on a particular app or game, verify compatibility and storage requirements before purchase rather than relying on a general chipset label.

MagicOS 10 and Android 16

HONOR’s global specification identifies MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. The version installed on an individual retail unit may differ after later software updates, so check Settings → About phone on the exact device when the installed build matters. HONOR describes AI and software tools such as an AI button, AI screen suggestions, Circle to Search and editing functions. Availability can depend on region, language, account, connectivity, software version and supported apps.

The product information does not promise a particular future Android upgrade count or security-support end date because a current model-specific support schedule for this exact market unit was not established in the reviewed materials. Update timing can vary by country, carrier, device variant and rollout. Buyers should keep the phone updated through its system settings and use official HONOR support information for the relevant region.

108MP rear camera and recording limits

The listed rear cameras are a 108MP main camera with f/1.75 aperture and a 5MP secondary camera with f/2.2 aperture, labeled as a wide camera on the global specification page. HONOR advertises 3x lossless zoom language and AI editing features. The official global specifications state rear video recording up to 1080p (1920 × 1080), up to 8× digital zoom, and a single rear LED flash. The older listing’s 4K@30fps assertion conflicts with that manufacturer specification and has been removed.

A 108MP sensor count does not by itself guarantee a particular image quality. Lighting, motion, focus, processing, lens condition and selected camera mode affect results; output resolution can vary by mode. Digital zoom enlarges a crop and is not the same as a dedicated optical telephoto lens. HONOR promotes AI editing capabilities such as eraser, upscale and reflection removal, but access and results may differ by software and region. No optical image stabilization claim has been verified in the product sources.

16MP front camera and video calls

The front camera is listed as 16MP with f/2.45 aperture. HONOR’s global specification lists front image resolution up to 4608 × 3456 and video up to 1080p (1920 × 1080), subject to capture mode. Face recognition is listed as 2D. This supports ordinary selfies and video calling, while the final quality also depends on lighting, camera framing, app compression, network speed and the app’s own resolution settings.

The camera hardware does not guarantee a specific result in every social, meeting or streaming app. App permissions, software version and service availability can affect camera behavior. The earlier product copy repeated 4K recording claims; the revised camera section follows HONOR’s global specification of up to 1080p video and avoids promising unsupported 4K. If a production workflow requires a particular recording frame rate or stabilization mode, test the exact phone and app before relying on it.

7000mAh typical battery and 45W charging

HONOR gives 7000mAh as the typical capacity and 6800mAh as the rated capacity. The battery is a lithium-ion polymer type, and the specification lists 45W wired HONOR SuperCharge. The brand’s overview discusses long runtime and battery longevity under its own testing; this page does not translate those statements into guaranteed screen-on hours or a fixed number of days for every user.

Runtime varies with mobile signal, 4G data use, brightness, refresh settings, video, camera, gaming, location services, background apps, temperature and battery age. Charging wattage can vary by adapter, cable, temperature and state of charge. HONOR lists a 45W standard charger in its global box contents, but packaging may vary by market. Confirm the actual BiponiBD box and included adapter before purchase; the seller’s package and warranty were not independently verified.

IP65 and drop-resistance qualifications

HONOR says the phone reaches IP65 under controlled laboratory conditions and cites applicable test standards. The manufacturer explicitly says it is not professionally waterproof, is intended for normal-use splash/water/dust resistance, and that protection can decline through ordinary wear. Do not submerge the phone, charge it while wet or treat IP65 as a guarantee against liquid damage. Liquid damage treatment also depends on warranty terms and service-center inspection.

HONOR’s Bangladesh page describes a 2m drop test onto smooth marble under HONOR Lab conditions and references an SGS certification. The manufacturer still warns that the precision device can be damaged by squeezing, falls and collisions. This test does not make the phone drop-proof. Use a suitable case and screen protection, avoid deliberate drop tests, and ask the seller for written warranty exclusions if water or accidental damage coverage matters.

SIM, 4G networks and connectivity

The global specification lists two Nano-SIM slots and 2G GSM, 3G WCDMA and 4G LTE FDD/TDD network standards. Either slot can serve as primary or secondary in the dual-SIM version. Supported LTE bands and VoLTE service should be checked for the exact local variant and mobile operator. Network availability depends on carrier infrastructure, coverage, SIM provisioning and regional software. This model is not advertised as a 5G handset.

Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac on 2.4GHz and 5GHz with hotspot and Wi-Fi Direct. Bluetooth is listed as version 5.0 or 5.1 depending on model code/variant, so the exact regional unit must be checked; the catalog avoids choosing one version without its hardware variant code. GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo are listed. USB is Type-C/USB 2.0 with OTG. NFC support is model-code dependent: HONOR lists it for LNA-LX2, so do not assume NFC is present on every region’s unit.

Audio, controls and sensors

HONOR identifies stereo speakers and a “300% stereo sound volume” marketing mode. The percentage is a brand comparison claim, not a standardized loudness measurement. Actual sound depends on content, room, volume setting and hearing distance. HONOR Sound is listed as the sound effect. The global box/spec page lists Type-C audio use rather than a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack; use compatible Type-C or Bluetooth audio accessories and check the exact phone if wired headphones are important.

Listed sensors include gravity, fingerprint, compass, ambient light and ultrasonic/non-contact proximity sensing. The retailer describes the fingerprint sensor as optical and under the display. Fingerprint and face recognition are convenience features; use a secure PIN or password and follow the phone’s security settings. AI button actions and software shortcuts may depend on configured apps and local language support. No medical, privacy or security performance beyond the manufacturer’s feature description is implied.

Body dimensions, weight and colors

The published dimensions are 162.9 × 76.31 × 7.5mm and approximate weight is 188g including the battery. HONOR notes actual weight can vary slightly with configuration, manufacturing and measurement method. The listed colors are Light Blue, Velvet Grey and Velvet Black. Retail selector availability and physical stock color can change. The catalog image is not evidence that any particular color is currently available in the BiponiBD warehouse.

A 6.77-inch phone may feel large for one-handed use, and a case adds thickness and weight. Curved display corners mean viewable area differs slightly from the standard rectangular diagonal measurement. Buyers who need a specific color or precise dimensions should confirm the actual unit and case fit with the seller. The product image alt text now identifies the model and the mapped storage tier but does not state an unverified color.

Warranty, authenticity and box contents

The previous product record claimed “official warranty” and “authentic sealed package” without evidence tied to this BiponiBD unit. Those claims have been removed, along with the unsupported warranty attribute. Star Tech’s page describes its own one-year warranty; that seller policy cannot establish the warranty for an order from BiponiBD. HONOR lists a charger, cable, case, SIM eject pin, guide and warranty card in global box contents, with an explicit note that contents may vary by market.

Before paying, ask BiponiBD to confirm in writing whether this exact device has official Bangladesh warranty, the warranty duration and provider, the invoice/IMEI requirements, and which accessories are in the box. Check the sealed box label, IMEI and device configuration against the invoice at delivery. No seller affiliation, authorization, genuineness inspection or warranty fulfillment is asserted here without supporting order-level evidence.

Bangladesh price context and variant selection

The current catalog reference is BDT 37,999. A Star Tech listing observed during this review displays the 8GB/256GB selector, regular price BDT 37,999 and cash price BDT 37,300. These are observations on another retailer’s page, not a quote, discount, stock promise or checkout price from BiponiBD. Price can change with payment method, stock, promotions and delivery terms.

Select the exact RAM/storage and color shown on the final BiponiBD product form and confirm that it appears on the order confirmation and invoice. The catalog has only one variant, mapped to 8GB/256GB; the public seller match supports that label but does not prove the inventory record has been physically reconciled. Do not assume other regional storage tiers or retail offers apply to this listing.

Who this phone may suit

The X8d’s published specifications may interest buyers who want a large AMOLED screen, high refresh rate, a high-resolution main camera, a large stated battery, 45W charging and a 4G chipset. Its large storage tier can be useful for locally stored photos, downloads and apps, while MagicOS provides HONOR’s software layer and features. These characteristics describe the hardware and marketing claims; they are not a comparative lab review or a promise of a specific user outcome.

Consider the limitations before ordering: this is 4G rather than 5G; 256GB is the catalog-mapped storage choice and must be confirmed for the shipped unit; video recording is specified up to 1080p; NFC depends on model code; IP65 is not submersion protection; and the seller’s warranty and package are unknown. Buyers who need 5G, confirmed NFC, a specific warranty route or 4K video should verify those requirements first.

Care, setup and practical checks

At setup, confirm the model name, RAM/storage, Android/MagicOS version, IMEI, SIM operation, display touch, camera focus, charging and included accessories. Use a compatible charger and cable, keep the USB-C port dry, and avoid pressure or drops. Enable software updates, screen lock and device-finding options. Save the purchase invoice and warranty document. For water exposure, follow HONOR’s manual and dry the device safely; never connect power while the port is wet.

For camera work, check the recording options available in the camera app; for carrier use, confirm the operator supports the exact phone’s LTE bands and VoLTE behavior. If NFC is required, verify it in Settings and against the model code before accepting the product. These checks address variant-specific items that a model-family page cannot establish. Retail availability, local support and return rights should be confirmed directly with BiponiBD before checkout.

Sources and verification scope

HONOR Bangladesh’s overview and HONOR’s global specification are the primary sources for the model family, battery claims, display highlights, operating system, camera limits, water/dust caution and global feature details. Star Tech is used only as a Bangladesh retailer observation for its selectable 8GB/256GB configuration, price and retailer product code. Its Product Code 49287 was not retained as an HONOR MPN.

This record has been checked for identity, slug, variant mapping, description, attributes, specifications, FAQs, SEO fields, image alt, public page metadata, structured data and working media routes. The exact BiponiBD package, stock, warranty, original image rights, checkout terms, mobile layout and site-wide technical SEO are outside the evidence available in this product check and remain explicitly unresolved.
