Apple iPhone Air overview
Apple iPhone Air is the company’s thin, light iPhone with a titanium design, a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display, an A19 Pro chip, one 48MP Fusion Main rear camera and an 18MP Center Stage front camera. Apple announced the model on September 9, 2025; pre-orders began September 12 and the global release followed September 19, 2025. Apple’s product name is iPhone Air. The existing “iphone-air” URL is concise and remains unchanged.
This page describes Apple’s model-level published specifications. It does not establish the exact regional model, physical stock, activation state, included accessories, warranty provider or color-image match of a particular BiponiBD unit. The active product record contains four color names and three storage sizes. Apple lists all four finishes and all three capacities, and all twelve color/capacity pairs are represented in this catalog. Availability must still be confirmed for the selected SKU.
Thin titanium design and display
Apple describes the design as titanium, with a Ceramic Shield 2 front and Ceramic Shield back. The published dimensions are 156.2mm high, 74.7mm wide and 5.64mm deep; the weight is 165g. A case, protective glass or other accessory can affect the feel and outside dimensions. Buyers prioritizing a light, thin phone may value these measurements; anyone who prefers a broader camera system or longer battery runtime should compare the trade-offs with other iPhone models.
The 6.5-inch all-screen OLED has a 2736 × 1260 resolution at 460 pixels per inch. Apple lists Dynamic Island, Always-On display, adaptive ProMotion refresh rates up to 120Hz, HDR, True Tone, P3 wide color, Haptic Touch and a typical contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1. The display supports up to 1000 nits typical maximum brightness, 1600 nits HDR peak, 3000 nits outdoor peak and a 1-nit minimum. Brightness varies with content, environment, settings and measurement conditions; the peak figure is not a constant operating level.
Apple also lists an anti-reflective coating and fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating. The visible screen has rounded corners, and the standard rectangular measurement is 6.55 inches diagonally, with less actual viewable area. These details help distinguish a display measurement convention from the physical outline of the device.
A19 Pro performance and storage
The iPhone Air uses Apple’s A19 Pro chip. Apple specifies a six-core CPU with two performance cores and four efficiency cores, a five-core GPU with Neural Accelerators, a 16-core Neural Engine and hardware-accelerated ray tracing. This combination is designed for iOS, demanding apps, graphics and Apple Intelligence features. Actual app speed and battery use depend on workload, software version, network conditions and device settings.
Apple offers 256GB, 512GB and 1TB internal capacities. The storage is built in and is not expandable through a microSD card. Select capacity before checkout and verify the exact option, price and order acknowledgement. Apple’s consumer technical sheet does not publish a RAM capacity in gigabytes. A third-party hardware estimate is not a manufacturer confirmation, so this page does not repeat the saved 12GB claim as an official specification.
The internal catalog represents each of the four finishes in all three listed capacities. This confirms that the variant structure matches Apple’s model family, not that BiponiBD physically holds all twelve units. Do not infer inventory from a visible selector, product photo, marketplace comparison or previous sales listing.
48MP Fusion Main and Center Stage cameras
The rear camera system consists of a 48MP Fusion Main camera with a 26mm-equivalent focal length, f/1.6 aperture, sensor-shift optical image stabilization and Focus Pixels. Apple says the sensor enables 24MP and 48MP high-resolution photos, and supports a 12MP optical-quality 2× Telephoto option at a 52mm-equivalent framing. The 2× option comes from the Main camera system; the iPhone Air has no separate telephoto module, Ultra Wide camera or dedicated macro camera. Apple lists digital zoom up to 10× for photos.
Photo processing includes Apple’s Photonic Engine, Deep Fusion, Smart HDR 5, Night mode, panorama up to 63MP, portrait tools with Focus and Depth Control, six Portrait Lighting effects and the latest-generation Photographic Styles. Available formats include HEIF and JPEG. Photo style, subject distance, scene lighting and focus affect the final result; the megapixel count alone does not determine image quality.
The 18MP Center Stage front camera has an f/1.9 aperture, autofocus with Focus Pixels, Retina Flash, tap-to-zoom and rotate, Center Stage for photos and video calls, and camera processing features listed by Apple. Both cameras support Dolby Vision video modes. This front camera is useful for calls, self-portraits and framing adjustments, but it does not add a second rear focal length.
Apple lists rear 4K Dolby Vision recording at 24, 25, 30 or 60 frames per second, 1080p Dolby Vision options, Action mode up to 2.8K Dolby Vision at 60fps, slow motion up to 1080p at 240fps, Dual Capture up to 4K Dolby Vision at 30fps, sensor-shift video stabilization, audio zoom, Wind Noise Reduction and Audio Mix. Front-camera video includes 4K Dolby Vision at up to 60fps and additional 1080p and slow-motion modes. See Apple’s full technical specification for the complete mode matrix.
Battery life and charging
Apple lists up to 27 hours of video playback and up to 22 hours of streamed video playback from the built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Pairing the optional iPhone Air MagSafe Battery raises Apple’s stated estimates to up to 40 hours of video playback and 35 hours streamed. “Up to” results are controlled estimates; continuous streaming, camera use, background apps, display brightness, weak cellular signal, temperature and battery age can change real-world runtime. Apple does not publish an mAh or Wh capacity in its consumer specifications, so the prior 3149mAh value has been removed from the manufacturer specification.
Fast charging can reach up to 50% in about 30 minutes with a 20W-or-higher USB-C adapter and the included charge cable, or with a 30W-or-higher adapter paired with a MagSafe Charger. MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging support up to 20W. The required adapter and wireless charger are sold separately unless the seller confirms a bundle. Apple’s specification page does not state reverse wired charging; no reverse charging claim is made here.
Connectivity, eSIM and regional compatibility
Apple lists an Apple C1X cellular modem, sub-6GHz 5G with 4×4 MIMO, Gigabit LTE with 4×4 MIMO and supported GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA technologies. The technical sheet lists the regulatory model A3260 and multiple cellular bands. Model numbers can vary by market and by device configuration; verify the unit’s model number and the supported bands for the intended carrier before buying. The earlier saved CDMA/EVDO wording has been removed because it is not part of Apple’s listed iPhone Air specification.
iPhone Air is eSIM-only: Apple says it is not compatible with physical SIM cards, can store eight or more eSIMs, and allows two active eSIMs at a time. This applies to the product family, not only a single US variant. The exact regional regulatory number and carrier activation eligibility still need confirmation from the device/box and the customer’s carrier. Ask the carrier whether your plan and account can provision an eSIM before ordering; a seller listing cannot guarantee carrier activation.
For local and accessory connectivity Apple lists the Apple N1 wireless networking chip, Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) with 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 6, Thread, second-generation Ultra Wideband, NFC with reader mode and Express Cards with power reserve. USB-C supports charging and USB 2 data transfer up to 480Mb/s. Apple also lists precision dual-frequency GPS with supported satellite constellations, a digital compass, Wi-Fi and cellular positioning, and iBeacon microlocation. Feature availability may depend on the country, carrier, accessory, software and service.
Sensors, safety, water resistance and box contents
Apple lists Face ID enabled by TrueDepth, a barometer, high-dynamic-range gyro, high-g accelerometer, proximity sensor and dual ambient-light sensors. Apple lists Emergency SOS, Crash Detection and multiple satellite-related safety and messaging features. Satellite services have country, service and connectivity conditions; do not promise that every feature works in Bangladesh or with every carrier. Apple Pay functions also depend on regional availability and supported financial institutions.
The IP68 rating is based on IEC 60529 testing to a maximum depth of six metres for up to 30 minutes. This describes laboratory testing under controlled conditions and does not make a phone waterproof. Resistance can change with wear or damage. Avoid deliberate submersion and follow Apple’s liquid-contact guidance.
Apple lists iPhone Air, a one-metre USB-C Charge Cable and documentation in the standard box. A power adapter and EarPods are not listed. Confirm the sealed BiponiBD unit’s actual box and any separately included retailer accessories before relying on bundle descriptions.
Bangladesh prices, seller channel and warranty
The saved BiponiBD prices currently run from BDT 113,499 to BDT 145,000. Several entries reverse the expected storage order: Light Gold and Space Black 256GB are BDT 130,000, while the corresponding saved 512GB and 1TB options are BDT 113,499. Each of four 1TB options is saved at BDT 113,499, while Sky Blue 512GB is BDT 145,000. These values need SKU-level commercial review. They are left unchanged in this editorial update because no supplier invoice, landed cost, approved price map or offer-to-physical-unit mapping was available.
Public Bangladesh seller pages checked on November 3, 2026 show different offers by region, finish, warranty and payment method. Sumash Tech displayed Japan-region Light Gold 256GB at BDT 112,999, marked available, with a one-year Apple International Warranty claim. Gadget & Gear displayed Sky Blue 256GB at BDT 164,999 and a stated one-year Apple Official Bangladesh and International Warranty. Executive Machines listed 256GB at BDT 164,999, 512GB at BDT 224,999 and 1TB at BDT 251,999. These are competitor listings, not proof of BiponiBD cost or stock.
The Dazzle page displayed BDT 112,990 but its selected variant was marked unavailable; its description also contained a different regular-price figure. Apple Gadgets’ own page contained both a BDT 140,000 256GB statement and a BDT 116,499 latest-price statement. Treat these pages as conflicting price signals, not as one guaranteed current offer. Authorized-reseller pricing and parallel-import pricing can differ substantially, and warranty descriptions need to be checked against the exact invoice and service terms.
A listing saying “Apple warranty” does not identify the exact regional model, coverage start date, service territory or exclusions for a specific BiponiBD unit. Before checkout, ask whether the warranty is Apple manufacturer coverage or importer/shop service, who handles a claim, its duration, the service location and its written exclusions. Confirm IMEI, regional model, price, stock and return terms on the invoice or order confirmation.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Apple iPhone Air price in Bangladesh?
The saved BiponiBD color and storage options currently display different prices from BDT 113,499 to BDT 145,000. That saved range has a tier inversion: some 1TB options are cheaper than 256GB options, and the saved Sky Blue 512GB price is higher than the saved Sky Blue 1TB price. Confirm the selected variant and final checkout total before ordering; the visible catalog prices are not a warehouse stock or cost confirmation.
Which iPhone Air colors and storage capacities does Apple list?
Apple lists Sky Blue, Space Black, Cloud White and Light Gold finishes, each offered with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB capacity. BiponiBD has twelve saved color and capacity combinations, which cover this Apple matrix. The option selector describes catalog entries only; it does not prove that each exact finish and capacity is physically available.
Does iPhone Air have a physical SIM card slot?
Apple specifies dual eSIM and says iPhone Air is not compatible with physical SIM cards. It can store eight or more eSIM profiles, with two active at once. Check with the intended Bangladesh carrier that your account and plan can activate eSIM, and confirm the exact regional model and activation state of the unit before purchase.
Does iPhone Air support eSIM in Bangladesh?
The hardware is eSIM-only according to Apple, but carrier and account eligibility are separate from hardware capability. Ask your carrier to confirm eSIM availability for your line, registration requirements and activation steps. Do not assume a foreign Apple model number or a seller’s general “eSIM support” statement guarantees activation for a particular customer or plan.
What display does iPhone Air have?
Apple lists a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR all-screen OLED at 2736 × 1260 pixels and 460 ppi. It includes Always-On display and adaptive ProMotion refresh rates up to 120Hz. Apple lists typical maximum brightness of 1000 nits, HDR peak brightness of 1600 nits, outdoor peak brightness of 3000 nits and a 1-nit minimum. These are manufacturer test conditions, not a guarantee of identical results in every environment.
How many rear cameras are on iPhone Air?
iPhone Air has one 48MP Fusion Main rear camera. Its main sensor enables 12MP optical-quality 2× Telephoto framing; that crop is not a separate telephoto lens. Apple does not list a separate Ultra Wide or macro camera for this model. The phone also has an 18MP Center Stage front camera with autofocus.
How much RAM or battery capacity does iPhone Air have?
Apple’s consumer technical specification page does not state RAM in gigabytes or battery capacity in mAh. Apple instead publishes video playback estimates: up to 27 hours locally and up to 22 hours streamed, with higher estimates when using the optional iPhone Air MagSafe Battery. Do not treat third-party teardown estimates as Apple-confirmed specifications.
How fast does iPhone Air charge?
Apple says fast charging can reach up to 50% in about 30 minutes with a 20W-or-higher USB-C adapter and charge cable, or with a 30W-or-higher adapter and MagSafe Charger. MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging support up to 20W. Required adapters or chargers are sold separately unless a seller explicitly confirms an included accessory.
What warranty comes with the BiponiBD iPhone Air?
A unit-specific BiponiBD warranty document was not available in this review. Before ordering, ask who provides service, the coverage period, where a claim is handled, the exclusions and whether coverage is Apple manufacturer warranty or seller/importer service. Check that the invoice names the provider and matches the exact regional unit. These warranty types are not interchangeable.
What comes in the iPhone Air box?
Apple lists iPhone Air, a 1-metre USB-C Charge Cable and documentation. The standard Apple box does not list a power adapter or EarPods. Confirm the sealed box contents and any retailer-added bundle with the seller, because the exact BiponiBD shipment has not been physically inspected.
Before you place an order
Confirm the selected finish and storage, live stock, exact price, order acknowledgement, regional model, eSIM activation eligibility, IMEI/NEIR status, written warranty provider and service location. Ask whether the unit is sealed and what the box contains. Match the product name, variant and price on the invoice to the option chosen at checkout. Apple’s published specifications describe the model family; they do not authenticate a particular device or prove that it is available in a BiponiBD warehouse.
