These draft terms explain BiponiBD's platform role and expected user responsibilities. They are not effective until the Owner and Legal team approve a version, effective date, operator identity, age rule, and consent flow.

1. Status and acceptance
These are pre-launch draft terms for review. They do not create an effective user contract and must not be used as final registration or payment consent text.
Before launch, the final version must name the contracting legal entity, state an effective date, define age eligibility and consent, and provide the applicable notice and dispute process.
2. BiponiBD's role
BiponiBD provides canonical product information, real-Variant comparison, Store offers, community features, and ways to contact Stores. BiponiBD is not the seller of listed products and does not provide a customer cart, checkout, order, fulfillment, delivery, or product-payment service in V1.
